    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am absolutely within my mandate. The Motion for Adjournment is about the celebrations. I am only trying to say that it is not necessary to spend money to travel to Washington DC just to attend a ceremony organised by a collection of African diplomats! The Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, the Minister for Tourism and any other Minister have no reason to attend that bash. There is no justification, whatsoever. I think it is one of the scandals that we are discussing now in this country. There is the maize and oil scandal too!"
