    "content": "However, we can still work as we are to make sure that things come to light. We can only do so if parliamentarians, and especially the Back Bench are themselves like Ceaser's wife, that is, above reproach. If Members of Parliament and those in Government collude to do things that are wrong, for example, a scam, then, obviously, there is nobody left as a watchdog. The test of this Tenth Parliament, whether we perform or not, is not to have a Motion for Adjournment to laud the inauguration of Obama. The test is to rise up and do what we must, that is, what we are paid to do for this country. We must ensure that we complete the constitutional review process and set up laws that will help us ensure that we have transparent systems in place."
