    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to take this opportunity to congratulate my learned friend and Member for Imenti Central, Mr. Gitobu Imanyara, for bringing this Motion. Indeed, it is, as the Speaker ruled, a matter of definite and urgent national importance. This is because in just under two hours, President-elect Barack Obama, will be swearing to take office as the 44th President of the USA. I think it is in order for us, as the National Assembly, to congratulate the people of USA even as we personally congratulate President Barack Obama for this monumental achievement."
