    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is important for us to realize that Kenya holds a unique position not because of the lineage of the President-elect Barack Obama, but because of what we did at the end of the political crisis we had after our elections. It is important for me to point out here that, as much as we castigate ourselves as Kenyans, in the face of Africa and at the Pan-African Parliament, Kenyans are considered as people who are selfless and who can hold back on their own ambitions for the sake of peace. It is not easy to find that kind of leadership in Africa."
