    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. I support the Motion and want to indicate that the reason we never got a Constitution last time was because we failed to build consensus. The last time we were trying to show our might and power in whichever way. For us to ensure that Kenyans get a new Constitution this time, we must consult and have consensus at every step on the way. I think we need everyone in this process. We need new and old blood in this process, but there must be a balance so that we are not just furthering the old tendencies. So, I would like us to see to be inclusive of everyone. Finally, I want to also add my voice to Mr. Githae's, that we need to include women. Yesterday the list that came here had only two women."
