Minister, there are no provisions in the Standing Orders for one Parliamentary Select Committee or Departmental Committee to have an oversight role over another Parliamentary Select Committee or Departmental Committee. So, essentially, there is no way that a Committee that is going to be set up here will again have another Committee basically playing the scrutiny role."
