Members, we are all conscious of the fact that there are civil servants who are working in our country, and who do not have the opportunity available to Members of Parliament to defend themselves on the Floor of the House, and that includes the Government Printer. The scrutiny has found absolutely no foul play or otherwise on the part of the Government Printer. It is important as Members of Parliament to protect the civil servants who cannot essentially protect themselves on the Floor of the House. In future we will deal with this differently."
