    "content": "Finally, I wish to thank Mr. Mungatana for his vigilance which has resulted in the detection of this error. In the same breath, I would also wish to urge all hon. Members that if any such matter should come to their attention, they should consider, in the first instance, approaching the Office of the Speaker, so that the matter is appropriately addressed. We have a responsibility not to heighten any tempers or any apprehension in the minds and hearts of the Kenyan people. That is because we know where we have come from in our history as a result of elections that were not done right."
