    "content": "Order, hon. Members! Standing Order No.50 gives provision for withdrawal of Motions proposed by the Chair. It says:- \"After the Question has been proposed on a Motion, the Motion shall be deemed to be in the possession of the House and cannot be withdrawal without the leave of the House.\" Hon. Members, as I perceive it, there is no objection. That being so, the Motion stands withdrawn."
