    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I need protection, because I am still within my time. It is only that I was nice, but Eng. Maina and others are wasting my time. I would like to bring the attention of the Government to the fact that there is insufficient food in many areas of this country. However, this issue has not been adequately addressed. I hope the Government will take appropriate measures to address the food situation in various parts of this country. The little money that people had was spent on farming, but the rains failed. Now, they have no money to support themselves. So, we need to help them. This Government is capable of assisting our people. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I support Press freedom, but we are also asking for responsibility from the Press to be able to work together with them. With those remarks, I beg to support."
