(a) Is the Minister aware that police officers shot and injured Messrs. Fredrick Nyaga Ndubai and Patrick Mwangi Waweru at Njathaini Kasarani on 3rd August, 2011? (b) Is the Minister also aware that Mr. Patrick Mwangi Waweru subsequently died of gunshot injuries? (c) What action has the Minister taken against the police officer(s) involved and what plans does the Minister have to compensate Mr. Ndubai as well as the family of the late Patrick Mwangi Waweru?"
