I am meant to understand that we are elected to sit here and make laws, whether they are bad or good. We must be here. In your ruling, tell us about those of us who sit outside instead of here. We sit here from morning up to midnight making laws, while others are drinking and walking outside and then they vilify us. What action are you going to take on some of us who instead of sitting here and making laws, want to play to the gallery outside there?"
