    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the House Business Committee, we did indicate that the so-called \"small parties\" had no representation. It is also quite odd that we do not even recognise the work done by the Departmental Committee on Administration of Justice and Legal Affairs. When we had a stalemate on the contents of the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill that we have just passed, it was that Committee which worked round the clock and assisted us to get a breakthrough. It is also the same Committee that assisted in re-moulding the Bill, which we have passed, and which originated from the Mediation Team. It is proper that there be some consultations that include all sheds of opinion in this House. Therefore, I would support the Motion with amendments as proposed by hon. Members."
