The House will remember when I was moving this Motion of Amendment, I said that before we settled on those names, the two Government Whips actually informed me that they had a session with the Leader of Government Business, who had confirmed at around 3.00 p.m., that if we settled on a list that will reflect the party strengths in this House, then they would have no problem with it. So, I am just wondering, does this, therefore, amount to the fact that we consulted the Chief Whips and involved them and the House Business Committee, in view of the position of the Leader of Government Business?"
