There was no proper consultation before the original list was drawn up. We are setting up a Select Committee which will be in charge of constitution making in this country. If we are going to start that job and yet we are not agreeing, we will end up the way the 4166 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES December 16, 2008 Ninth Parliament ended. With those few remarks, I beg to second because we want to have a new Constitution."
