The Assistant Minister should realise that the debate in most of the FM radio stations this morning touched on the issue of this maize flour and the prices. Is the maize flour the NCPB will sell at Kshs52 per 2-kilogramme packet to the alleged poor of high quality? Is it the same as the one that will be sold at Kshs72 or the former will be of poor quality for the majority of Kenyans? Could the Assistant Minister lay on the Table specifications to show that the maize flour that will be sold at Kshs72 and Kshs52 respectively, are of the same quality?"
