    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I beg to reply. Ngukemwe Secondary School, which is one of the upcoming secondary schools, was registered with the Ministry of Education in 2006. The certificate of registration and other documents were presented to the TSC in 2007 and a teacher was posted to the school. During this year's recruitment, the school was given one slot to recruit a teacher for Kiswahili and History. The school will further be considered, alongside others, during posting of teachers and normal staffing."
