    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, while I appreciate the response given by the Assistant Minister, I would like the Chair to know that I do not have a written reply to the Question. Secondly, I am not satisfied by the response given by the Assistant Minister because, you note that Lari Constituency has been marginalised since 1963 on judicial service. Other constituencies neighbouring Lari have these facilities. These include Kiambaa, Kikuyu, Githunguri 3978 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES December 10, 2008 and even Limuru constituencies."
