    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am not honestly aware that private pharmacies are congregating around hospitals to take advantage. What I do know is that we have improved, despite the difficulties, and the people are noting where the services are good and where it is affordable. So, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, as far as I know, we are dealing with a lot of problems of trying to decongest hospitals. That is because we are trying to improve the services. I am aware that private hospitals are getting work, but I think the majority of Kenyans are still being served in our district hospitals. Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker."
