    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I am very happy with the honesty of the Assistant Minster. He himself, together with the current Minister for Higher Education, Science and Technology, came to my constituency to initiate this programme; it was supposed to be a stimulus programme of greening the schools. So, I was with them the whole day and we planted 1,000 trees. But from that time, we have not had any follow up in those schools to ascertain whether the objectives for which those trees were planted were met. What is the Assistant Minister going to do because quite a lot of money was injected into the project and yet, no follow up has been done to ascertain whether the objectives were met?"
