However, he is not sure about the information that he has been given by the Ministry of Education. I would request your indulgence to allow the Ministry of Education because this matter is seriously disputed. I am speaking based on facts, so that they could come here and clarify and substantiate and tell all and sundry that these are the persons who collected the money.
