    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Ministry of Education does not gazette various areas as hardship areas. However, at the moment, the relevant Ministry - that is the Ministry of State for Public Service - has appointed a task force to review the classification of various areas in this country as hardship areas. Nyatike is one of the areas being considered by that task force. Once the recommendations of that task force are adopted, Nyatike and other places will be considered for gazettement."
