    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, first of all, the issue of tree planting should be an issue of Kenyans and schools are really relevant channels to teach our community about tree planting. I agree that several Ministries are relevant in terms of trees. There is the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife. Both of them should have been involved. We should have networked to see that, that project was successful, but we did not do that. I think, in future, we should think through the plans properly, so that our money is spent in a better way than those kinds of programmes."
