    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in the process of Operation Rudi Nyumbani, there were quite a number of people who came in. Those were the integrated IDPs, who came to join the others as they were going back home. But I do agree with the hon. Member that there are members still living with families, and who have not been taken care of. We are now waiting for a further allocation of money from Treasury of about Kshs1.2 billion, then we shall move on and deal with the integrated IDPs."
