    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we entered into a memorandum of understanding with our partners, the World Food Programme (WFP), who put in 70 per cent and we put in 30 per cent for feeding 230,000 IDPs. On top of that, the Government has undertaken to actually feed the other IDPs, who are not covered in the IMOP programme. We shall continue feeding them until March when we think that they will actually be on their feet and can feed themselves."
