    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I fully concur with the hon. Member that the stability of a building is determined by its foundation. It is, indeed, true with education. If we give adequate foundation to our young children, we are going to have very well educated adults in the long run. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, however, I have already mentioned that, that is one of the priorities of the Ministry. The Ministry is planning to integrate ECD of our four or five years old in primary schools, so that the facilities accorded to primary schools at the moment, are extended to nursery schools for purposes of ECD. They will become part and parcel of the school system so that they enjoy the free education in this country."
