    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the last time we were here, I had indicated to the House that the draft regulations and rules were in the Attorney-General’s Office, awaiting his advice. Since the change of guard just recently, we called the Attorney-General’s office today and the State Counsel who is handling this issue said that we should give the Attorney-General some time, at least, to conceptualize these things before he returns them back to us for gazettement. So, I beg the hon. Member to be patient enough."
