    "content": " Mr. Deputy Chairman, Sir, I do not think it should look like there is a see-saw of oppose and propose. I would like to support this amendment on condition that if we give the Leader of Government Business, say, 15 minutes, then he should occupy that time. If he occupies that time by allowing Members to seek clarifications, deleting this particular amendment allows that to happen. Deleting does not change how the time will be utilised. The Leader of Government Business will still be able to do it, but allow the interaction of the House. So, for as long as he does not take more than 15 minutes, I do not understand the hullabaloo about it. I do not even understand why it is even in conflict. Give the Leader of Government Business 15 minutes and let there be interaction with the House. That is the only reason we are saying, \"delete the restriction\". There is really no need to restrict because the time provided for is 15 minutes only. I beg to support."
