Gitobu Imanyara and his Committee for the good work they have done in revising our Standing Orders which was long overdue. Even more, I congratulate them in the sense that they bid on the work that the former Deputy Speaker, Mr. David Musila started. Some committees would have tried to do it afresh but they decided to look at what the previous committee had done, bid and improved on it. I think they have done a wonderful job. Congratulations, hon. Gitobu Imanyara for a job well done!"
