    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also want to take this opportunity to register my appreciation for your leadership and being open minded to reforms. I think it is the greatest gift that Kenyans have had this year, if you look at the history of what we have gone through in the last eight or so months. We are happy to have you. I also want to thank the Committee, without bragging, that sat silently and came up with the necessary amendments to our Standing Orders. Lastly, I also want to appeal to the Executive to emulate what is happening in Parliament and give Kenyans a gift in form of a road map to a new Constitution."
