The Clause is to be amended by inserting the words \"in consultation with the Commission\" immediately after the word \"Minister\". (b) in the proposed new section 83S by renumbering the existing paragraph (a) of the proposed subsection (1) as paragraph (b) and inserting a new paragraph (a) as follows--- Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I do not think we really need to waste a lot time on this. It is simply just a question of renumbering."
