    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT Clause 35 of the Bill be amended- (a) in the proposed new Fifth Schedule by deleting the words \"six months\" appearing in the proviso to paragraph 2 and substituting therefor the words \"one 4050 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES December 10, 2008 year\"; (b) in the proposed Sixth Schedule by inserting, in proper alphabetical sequence, the following new columns in the item relating to the Penal Code (Cap.63)- s.267 Insert new subsection (9) as follows- (9) Information is capable of being stolen"
