    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank this House for having passed the Fiscal Management Bill. We know that for many years - over a decade - this country has tried to, at least, audit the Budget-making process, in a timely manner before it is presented to Parliament. This is the greatest Christmas gift to this House. When we come back, it will be law, and the people's representatives will know when to stop corruption before it happens."
