    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Departmental Committee on Energy, Communications and Public Works. It took a long time to check across the ICT industry and the media. We consulted almost every business sector with regard to this issue. The Bill is really a result of a researched proposal and resolution for all contentious issues that could have been there. We are looking forward to look at the Bill again in the future, probably, to fragment it, if necessary."
