    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we intend to invite tenders very soon. As I have said, this is one of the most embarrassing contracts that we have, where only 12 per cent of the work was done. We are looking for funds, but I would like to promise the hon. Member that we will do it very soon. We are trying to see whether we can do it during this financial year. However, even if we do not do it during this financial year, it will be done in the next financial year. In fact, I would like to apologise to the hon. Member for the way the contractor misbehaved in this contract."
