    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am grateful. It is really important that the Assistant Minister gets the facts right. Article 3 of the CDF Act talks about the fight against poverty at the constituency level. In Section 19, it gives a formula on that allocation. This formula has been used over time. Now that we have new poverty indices, why is the Assistant Minister not using the current indices that were used in determining the poverty level in the constituencies?"
