    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for that answer, although the answer he has given me is much longer than what he has answered. But I support that because we want to save time. The Assistant Minister has said that the impact of economic growth normally takes a long time--- From 2003 to 2007, the economy has grown gradually every year. But the poverty level has not reduced commensurate with the economic growth. How long does it take normally for that kind of poverty reduction to be felt?"
