    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Pyrethrum Board of Kenya owes Lari farmers, Kshs45,000. The hon. Member can see me after this session and I will make sure that he gets his payment. On long term measures, we have decided to increase the acreage under pyrethrum. We have decided to give 100 million seedlings of pyrethrum to ensure that we have adequate production. The other issue is spot payment of all the deliveries which are made. That is because the biggest problem has been the delay in payment. We want to ensure that, within one month, all the farmers are paid. Thank you."
