There is a Question on the damming of River Omo that feeds into L. Turkana and the Chair directed that it be answered on Tuesday afternoon, which is today. It has not been answered. The Question is not even on the Order Paper and the Minister is away. Mr. Speaker, Sir, that was the second time the Question was deferred."
