    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to propose that Order Nos.7, 8 and 9 appearing in the Supplementary Order Paper be moved to tomorrow for the simple reason that we are carrying out extensive consultations. We do hope that we will have a Kamukunji immediately after the rise of the House after the morning session tomorrow. Then, it makes sense, thereafter, for me to be able to move those Procedural Motions. That is because moving them today may not really achieve much in view of the fact that Order Nos.7 and 8--- I thought the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs might want to agree that even the First Reading of the Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill could also be read for the First Time tomorrow, after full consultations.
