My proposed amendment is:- \"THAT, Part (i) clause 2(a) be amended by inserting the following New Clause after the definition of the word \"clerk\" and before the definition of the \"Leader of Government Business\". \"Leader in Parliament of a party shall be the de facto party leader or a nominee of the said party leader\"."
