I will give a very short answer because the Question seemed not to be relevant to the Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife. The information we have is that we are not aware of the December 04, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3877 incident that took place. There were also no KWS personnel involved in this particular incident.
