    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as I explained, this is a very important market, not only for Meru Town, but for the entire region. Unfortunately, this financial year, we found out that projects had already been identified and approved. I have instructed Ministry officials that this project should be given first priority in the coming financial year. We are also looking for funds from elsewhere. However, what I can guarantee is that during the next financial year, it will be done. However, in case we get more funds, because we are holding discussions with our development partners like the European Union, then we will construct it. Design work has already started. We will definitely do it next year or during this year if we get the funds."
