There is no way you can be talking about redesigning of a road that was already tarmacked if it has not been neglected and is no longer motorable. There are three bridges between Kapenguria and Kainup, Wakor Bridge being one of them. Last time Kainup Bridge collapsed, the army set up a temporary bridge. What will he do to replace the temporary bridges and all the drifts on the three bridges that collapsed on that road?"
