    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, you know the incentives that the Government already has in place. These are available at the Kenya Investment Authority. One of the incentives include exemption of duty on all capital equipment. Also, if you establish an EPZ, you do not pay taxes for a period of time. So, really, I cannot enumerate all the incentives, but we have them documented. Recently, when we had an investment forum in Kisumu, we listed all those incentives. We shall go to Kakamega too."
