    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I December 03, 2008 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3785 beg to reply. (a) I am aware that some sections of the Migori-Mihuru Road are not in good condition. However, the road is still motorable. (b) My Ministry, in conjunction with the World Bank, has appointed a consultant to design the road under the Northern Corridor Programme. Once the design is completed, my Ministry will be in a position to source for funding for that project. Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker."
