    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the importance of that road cannot be under-estimated. It is actually a continuation of C13 Road, which is from Ngorengore, through Narok to Mihuru Bay. The consultancy was contracted in June this year, and we expect the results by October, next year. I have allocated Kshs78 million for preliminary design, environmental impact assessment study and even suggestions from the contractors to carry out the construction.
