    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, my intention on this road is actually bitumitization. It is not possible for me to do that during this financial year. As I have just said, the studies commenced in June this year will be finished in October next year. This is a road where I am sourcing for financing from the World Bank. This road will be co-financed by the World Bank and our Government. The work will not only be done between Narok and Mihuru Bay, but the whole section of C13, from Borebore in Narok District through Lanet, Trans Mara, and Kuria District down to Nyatike Constituency."
