    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Corner House, Nairobi, was sold to Carrington Estates Limited. There were ten bids, and Government procedures were followed fully and Carrington Estates Limited bid at Kshs700.7 million, yet the reserve price, which was based on the valuation by the Government Valuer was Kshs620 million. So, this property was sold over and above the valuation given by the Government Valuer, which was the reserve price. I am not aware that it was sold to any politically-connected people, some of them in the House. If the hon. Member has any evidence, let him table it before the House."
