    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I thank the hon. Member for bringing this issue to my attention. We have to acknowledge the fact that human settlements have encroached on animals'migratory routes and habitats. I do not know what we should be addressing. Is it humans who have encroached on the hippos' land or is it the other way round? We really need to look into this issue. I would urge hon. Members to report all these cases to the nearest KWS office. If they do not take action, please inform me. I have an office in NHIF Building, on 12th Floor, come and discuss with me. We will make sure that the officers at KWS do their job."
